Klaus, Looks good, once we get flesh on the bones. As a Service Desk agent: Have you read the User guide? You've translated it, so I guess you have 🙂. It's under your account name in the drop down.

Second: I see you've specified the provider organization, as well as suppliers, customers, etc. You've also defined the service, using the SMC. The core facility is the Section, with additional Sanitary, Supermarket, and Cleaning.

There are no support specs apart from the office where you can connect: the Reception Desk (which is a channel and an organizational unit). You may want to define the support for the core facility (Section). Think of interactions like:

  1. Order a Section [wish]
  2. Deliver a Section (Check in) [SR]
  3. Prolongue your stay [wish]
  4. Quit your agreement (Check out) [wish]
  5. Move to other Section [wish]
  6. Add a Section [wish]
  7. Remove a Section [wish]
  8. Order breakfast rolls [SR]
  9. Submit an incident [incident]

As an example I added the support 5: Move to another Section. The selected template was Wish. Now specify all the steps, activities, and actions and assign these to your Profiles in the Organization. Your first routine seems to have renamed the steps, removing the activities, and not adding any actions. I don't know how you did it, but if you want, we can set up a service together in a teams session?
