(1) A guest asks at reception to book an additional power connection for their pitch.
(2) A guest asks at reception for fresh gas bottles for their caravan and orders them at reception. Reception passes the order on to the supermarket and informs the guest.
(3) A guest asks at the reception point to extend their stay by another two days.
