1. All digitally documented informations must contain a version number in its filename (like 01, 02, etc.)

2. Each change in the file must result in an increase of the version number and the file must be saved accordingly (like “document v01.txt”, “document v02.txt”)

3. Every file must contain information about

   1. Date: date of change or creation
   2. Author: creator or editor
   3. Comment: short description of change
   4. Version: version number
